The threading machine is also called the tapping machine. It is a kind of fabricating machinery used to cut or form threads, screws, or jaws inside through holes or blind holes of various specifications, such as the body case, equipment surface, nut, and flange plate.

(2) System Functional Description
You can enter its tapping depth and thread, or use the touch screen to control its positive and negative rotation. Besides, you can monitor the drill rate, and the actual number of turns in order to increase the working efficiency, and reduce unnecessary trouble of changing the drill direction.
(3) Touch Screen System Features
The threading machine can be divided into four types:
A. Manual operation. Enter positive and negative numbers to servo through touch screen. The servo motor determines the positive or negative rotation. The external buttons close. Tapping stops.
B. Simplicity. The wire threading depth is equal to the number of turns, namely the number of forward turns is the same as that of reverse turns.
C. Precision. Rotate forward for 4 turns and backward for 1 turn. Return after reaching the preset number of turns. The purpose of reverse rotation is to clean up garbage at the drill head.

(4) Function realization
Manual switch. Enter motor fixed lap 16 000; the motor speed, the pulse signal (address 1298) (external address 1298) and the number of turns are set. In pulsation, press the external switch (address 1567) 1567 rising time = HDX3.0, falling time HDW = 6.0. It begins to rotate, or stops after going 16,000 laps. Enter approximate negative 16,000 for manually reverse and forward rotation.
For simplicity button, when the number of turns and the velocity pulse are equipped, and the external switch is 1567NO, the number of forward turns is equal to that of reserve turns. It rotates until it hits specified numbers of forward and reserve turns.
For Precision button, it refers to four forward turns and one backward turn so that debris wouldn’t pile up. It still needs the pulse model, the number of turns, depth and pitch.
The so-called automatic demonstration is to repeat the precise process, unless the external signal is OFF.
(5) Conclusion
A. It is equipped with text display and the servo so that you can achieve manual operation but cannot realize automatic operation.
B. It has text, PLC and the servo, so the cost is high.
C. It has touch screen, and the servo, which omits the PLC cost, and also looks better than the text display.
The threading machine is cheap. Just the servo coordinates with the touch screen. Currently merchants would like to maximize the benefits. In addition, the class of touch screen is a little bit higher than that of text display. With PLC omitted, it is much more affordable. The operation is simple as well. It can operate only when you enter threading speed, wire retreating speed, depth, pitch and speed reduction ratio. The manual and automatic modes can be switched. it is human and considers diversified choices.
