Application of Wecon hmi & plc in lock screw machine

Ⅰ Brief introduction
Automatic locking screw machine is also called automatic feed screw machines, automatic locking screw machine, industrial systems and tighten the screw lock pay robots, is a machine to replace the traditional manual screw down.Manual screw include pure hand tight and electric screwdriver or pneumatic screwdriver screw down , the latter by way of electric or pneumatic rotating power, instead of the frequent hand tighten the action, to some extent alleviate the work intensity of the lock screw, but due to manual screw placement, and on the screw head is still need to work takes up a lot of time and energy, so the overall efficiency is limited.

Ⅱ Operating principle
Automatically lock screw machine contains screw the whole unit, automatic screw conveyor unit and automatic tighten screw unit and test unit in the process of lock.
Screw automatic line unit will column loose screws lined up and a single output.The line units can separate by the vibration plate.Institutional implementation can also through the institution of swing arm screw to implement.Automatic screw conveying unit mainly to transfer the single screw to the before of screw unit.Automatic tighten the screw unit consists of rotation drive part and screw the import parts.Screw import way of common are blowing and adsorption.In general, blowing type due to continuous work, do not need to head back and forth movement, therefore, the overall efficiency is better than that of adsorption.But blowing type itself is limited by a screw shape and length to diameter ratio, not every kind of screw is suitable for blowing type.Detection unit detection problem including leakage locking screws, floating lock, card material, etc

Ⅲ Introduce the program
1.Operation screen: This picture mainly shows the current work of product Numbers, screw points, production, abnormal reset,etc

2.Manual opereation screenIn manual mode force the output of each cylinder,forward and inversion of each servo motor.

3.Coordinates formula:This screen save five kinds of products coordinate values of each working point.Convenient to call.

4.Coordinates setting: This screen mainly provided to the customers to set the coordinates of each point,Customers control motor to the each working point move by manual,and then execute each coordinate input, you can record the coordinates of each working points.

5.Main point of program:
(1)Four servo back to the origin.
(2)Location of four servo.
(3)Allocation and optimization of formula screen address.

Wecon hmi Muti-link function and settings

Multi-link provides an economical and flexible solution that allows multiple human-machines to communicate with each other via RS485.In the operation of Multi-link, one human-machine works as a the master, the others work as the slave. Only the master can communicate with the PLC and receive data from it. And the slaves all receive data from the master. Therefore, every slave must have its own station number that allows the master to interact with it, which means interacting with the PLC.

Ⅰ.Connection Mode

An example of communication between a PLC and four human-machines is shown in the figure below. Note that human-machines usually communicate with each other via RS485 and every slave must have its own station number. When the system has just one slave, human-machines can also communicate with each other via RS232.


Ⅱ. Parameter settings of Multi-link Communication



Here are the operation procedures of setting communication parameters of Multi-link.

1.Select 【System Parameter】/【Connections and communication】, then select “add” in the screen. Select communication interface of Multi-link in the option of “communication interface” and “Multi-Link Protocol”in the option of “device type”.

2. Set the parameters of the master and the slave,the corresponding number and station number of the slave. 
Notes: 
The more slaves, the slower the communication speed may be. 
The station numbers of the slave must be consecutive numbers starting from one without repeating. 
The parameters of the master and the slave must be the same.
The order of the protocol must be the same when choosing the protocol of the master and the slave.

3.After setting the parameters above, select【Tool】/【Project Build】.Then you can download it to the human-machine.

Notes If a system has one master and slaves, we should change the number of the slave in the option of master setting 
 and change the HMI station number in the option of slave setting. 
The station number of HMI increase by one, that is if the number of the slave is two, then the station number of the first slave is one and the second slave is two, etc. Other settings are the same as above.


Ⅲ. Notes

    Please note the following points when using Multi-Link.
1. Please make sure that the projects of the master and the slaves are the same except the parameters of them.
2. The external address used in the scripts must be added to 【Project Configuration】/【System Parameter】/【Multi-Link Extra Address】when using scripts.
3. The interface parameters of the master and the slaves must be the same.
4. The order of the protocol must be the same when choosing the protocol of the master and the slaves.
5. The station numbers of the slaves must be consecutive numbers starting from one without repeating.
6. The more slaves, the slower the communication speed may be.
7. Suggest communicating via RS485 when selecting Multi-Link Protocol. When the system has just one slave, human-machines can also communicate with each other via RS232.
8. The external address used in the scripts must be added to 【Project Configuration】/【Multi-Link Data Area】.

Application of WECON touch screen hmi in medical equipment

(1) The application principle of WECON touch screen hmi

Syringe pump is mainly used in the medical device to control syringes.
WECON touch screen hmi LEVI 430T and the single-chip microcomputer constitute a control system, with custom commands. Through the touch screen, commands are given to the single-chip microcomputer to control the movement of the pump, which thus control the operation of the syringe.

2.1 Main Screen
The main screen is setting screen, including patterns, flow rate, volume, and time.





2.2 Mode Screen
There are two main modes for the mode screen: push and pull.

Same as the mode screen, it provides two capacity options.


2.5 Monitor screen
      This screen is mainly used to feed back the single-chip microcomputer data for monitoring.

New version LX2N plc coming with brand new appearing

    It has been some years since LX2N plc come out, Wecon is never satisfied with status quo. Now LX2N plc has come to its end, and coming brand NEW models. 

    The  new version of LX2N plc is LX3V, it takes new mould, brand new appearing. USB download and other online functions have been added. Additionally, NEW 40 I/O plc will support Wecon plc modules, while there is only 60 I/O plc support them.

WECON hmi touch screen in Threading Machine

The threading machine is also called the tapping machine. It is a kind of fabricating machinery used to cut or form threads, screws, or jaws inside through holes or blind holes of various specifications, such as the body case, equipment surface, nut, and flange plate.

(1) Classifications
According to different driving sources, threading machine can be divided into manual threading machine, pneumatic threading machine, electric threading machine, mechanical mold threading machine and hydraulic threading machine; according to the axis number of the threading machine, it can be divided into single-axis threading machine, two-axis threading machine, four-axis threading machine, six-axis threading machine, and multi-axis threading machine; according to different types of machining parts, the threading machine can be also classified into the mold threading machine, universal threading machine, thermal nut threading machine, flange nut threading machine, round nut threading machine, hex nut threading machine, blind nut threading machine, anti-theft nut threading machine; according to the machining automation degree of the threading machine, it can be divided into full-automatic threading machine, semi-automatic threading machine, and manual threading machine; according to whether the threading machine can tap when it drills, the threading machine is as well divided into drilling threading machine, broaching threading machine, and special threading machine.


(2) System Functional Description
You can enter its tapping depth and thread, or use the touch screen to control its positive and negative rotation. Besides, you can monitor the drill rate, and the actual number of turns in order to increase the working efficiency, and reduce unnecessary trouble of changing the drill direction.

(3) Touch Screen System Features
The threading machine can be divided into four types:
A. Manual operation. Enter positive and negative numbers to servo through touch screen. The servo motor determines the positive or negative rotation. The external buttons close. Tapping stops.
B. Simplicity. The wire threading depth is equal to the number of turns, namely the number of forward turns is the same as that of reverse turns.
C. Precision. Rotate forward for 4 turns and backward for 1 turn. Return after reaching the preset number of turns. The purpose of reverse rotation is to clean up garbage at the drill head.
4 automatic presentation is to repeatedly execute the precision feature.
 



The speeds of tapping and withdrawing threading, as well as threading depth and pitch are set according to the process requirements.

(4) Function realization



Manual switch. Enter motor fixed lap 16 000; the motor speed, the pulse signal (address 1298) (external address 1298) and the number of turns are set. In pulsation, press the external switch (address 1567) 1567 rising time = HDX3.0, falling time HDW = 6.0. It begins to rotate, or stops after going 16,000 laps. Enter approximate negative 16,000 for manually reverse and forward rotation. 
 

For simplicity button, when the number of turns and the velocity pulse are equipped, and the external switch is 1567NO, the number of forward turns is equal to that of reserve turns. It rotates until it hits specified numbers of forward and reserve turns.





For Precision button, it refers to four forward turns and one backward turn so that debris wouldn’t pile up. It still needs the pulse model, the number of turns, depth and pitch.









The so-called automatic demonstration is to repeat the precise process, unless the external signal is OFF.






(5) Conclusion
A. It is equipped with text display and the servo so that you can achieve manual operation but cannot realize automatic operation.
B. It has text, PLC and the servo, so the cost is high.
C. It has touch screen, and the servo, which omits the PLC cost, and also looks better than the text display.
The threading machine is cheap. Just the servo coordinates with the touch screen. Currently merchants would like to maximize the benefits. In addition, the class of touch screen is a little bit higher than that of text display. With PLC omitted, it is much more affordable. The operation is simple as well. It can operate only when you enter threading speed, wire retreating speed, depth, pitch and speed reduction ratio. The manual and automatic modes can be switched. it is human and considers diversified choices.

Wecon coming product and technology events

1. NEW 40 I/O plc will come into market soon
NEW 40 I/O plc take new mould, brand new appearings. USB download and other online functions have been added, and go with other improvements. Additionally, NEW 40 I/O plc will support Wecon plc modules, while there is only 60 I/O plc support them.
 
 
2. NEW 4.3 inch hmi will be put into market soon
NEW 4.3 inch hmi improved hardware architecture, and can be extended with CAN BUS module.
 
3. A8 series scada hmi of the second version is launching soon
This new version scada hmi improved and perfected the support of data recording, formular,Line Chart and so on. And offline simulator function has been added. This function is more convenient for users to test and use.
 
4. Wecon hmi can support communication with ethernet plc of siemens plc s7-300 series now
Wecon has developed the driver for s7-1200, s7-smart and s7-300, with the help of these driver, the communication is available. Related files about PLC terminal settings will be published soon.

5. Wecon hmi will support USB mouse and keyboard soon
Operating via USB mouse and keyboard will be available soon, it will be useful in some of the situations. This functions is under testing, it will be published as soon as we improve and perfect it.

Wecon products(hmi plc) in SIAF

As the technology developed more and more quickly, traditional products can not meet customer's need anymore. New products come out as the times require. There comes out new products for automation in SIAF 2014, Wecon is unwilling to yield to others.


In this SIAF, Wecon launched new generation hmi, with latest scada technology WEB HTML5, users can visit hmi via mobile,tablet pc and panel pc without installing software.
 
 
All of Wecon plc models have been showed, and go with plc is Wecon plc module. These cost-effective products catch people's eyes.

Wecon LX plc product introduction

Wecon LX plc has 14, 20, 32, 40 and 60 I/O for choices.  The comprehensive frequency of first two channels is up to 400 KHz: hardware is 400 KHZ and software is 200 KHZ; the latter 4 channel is 10k Max. Basic instruction is 0.1 micro second per command, and application instruction is 1 micro second per command.
 


 


Wecon LX plc not only no acceleration/deceleration's single pulse output, but also acceleration/deceleration's single pulse output is available via different command programmatically. Still available output methods are "MultiSession", "forward&reverse" and so on.
 
The counting methods of LX series plc are incremental mode, Pulse + direction mode and AB - phase mode.

LX2N series plc support Ontology PID control, and AutoTuning function is available. In order to enhance accuracy, users can get best time for sampling time and PID value via autotuning function. PID control is widely applied in temperature, flow, speed, tension, pressure control and so on. LX2N series plc has 2 communication ports: COM1 and COM2. COM1 support RS422, COM2 support RS422 and RS485. A,B terminal of plc is the external RS485 wiring terminal.
 
In additional, LX transistor plc supported 2- channel high-speed pulse output, 2 times running speed of other plc at same price level. All of LX series plcs are completely compatible with fx1s plc or fx2n plc software. There are exclusive plc extension modules for LX 60 I/O plc, it will be available for all of LX2N plc in future.
