Application of WECON touch screen hmi in medical equipment

(1) The application principle of WECON touch screen hmi

Syringe pump is mainly used in the medical device to control syringes.
WECON touch screen hmi LEVI 430T and the single-chip microcomputer constitute a control system, with custom commands. Through the touch screen, commands are given to the single-chip microcomputer to control the movement of the pump, which thus control the operation of the syringe.

2.1 Main Screen

WECON hmi touch screen in Threading Machine

The threading machine is also called the tapping machine. It is a kind of fabricating machinery used to cut or form threads, screws, or jaws inside through holes or blind holes of various specifications, such as the body case, equipment surface, nut, and flange plate.

(1) Classifications
According to different driving sources, threading machine can be divided into manual threading machine, pneumatic threading machine, electric threading machine, mechanical mold threading machine and hydraulic threading machine; according to the axis number of the threading machine, it can be divided into single-axis threading machine, two-axis threading machine, four-axis threading machine, six-axis threading machine, and multi-axis threading machine; according to different types of machining parts, the threading machine can be also classified into the mold threading machine, universal threading machine, thermal nut threading machine, flange nut threading machine, round nut threading machine, hex nut threading machine, blind nut threading machine, anti-theft nut threading machine; according to the machining automation degree of the threading machine, it can be divided into full-automatic threading machine, semi-automatic threading machine, and manual threading machine; according to whether the threading machine can tap when it drills, the threading machine is as well divided into drilling threading machine, broaching threading machine, and special threading machine.


(2) System Functional Description
You can enter its tapping depth and thread, or use the touch screen to control its positive and negative rotation. Besides, you can monitor the drill rate, and the actual number of turns in order to increase the working efficiency, and reduce unnecessary trouble of changing the drill direction.

(3) Touch Screen System Features
The threading machine can be divided into four types:
A. Manual operation. Enter positive and negative numbers to servo through touch screen. The servo motor determines the positive or negative rotation. The external buttons close. Tapping stops.
B. Simplicity. The wire threading depth is equal to the number of turns, namely the number of forward turns is the same as that of reverse turns.
C. Precision. Rotate forward for 4 turns and backward for 1 turn. Return after reaching the preset number of turns. The purpose of reverse rotation is to clean up garbage at the drill head.

The speeds of tapping and withdrawing threading, as well as threading depth and pitch are set according to the process requirements.

(4) Function realization



Manual switch. Enter motor fixed lap 16 000; the motor speed, the pulse signal (address 1298) (external address 1298) and the number of turns are set. In pulsation, press the external switch (address 1567) 1567 rising time = HDX3.0, falling time HDW = 6.0. It begins to rotate, or stops after going 16,000 laps. Enter approximate negative 16,000 for manually reverse and forward rotation. 
 

For simplicity button, when the number of turns and the velocity pulse are equipped, and the external switch is 1567NO, the number of forward turns is equal to that of reserve turns. It rotates until it hits specified numbers of forward and reserve turns.





For Precision button, it refers to four forward turns and one backward turn so that debris wouldn’t pile up. It still needs the pulse model, the number of turns, depth and pitch.









The so-called automatic demonstration is to repeat the precise process, unless the external signal is OFF.






(5) Conclusion
A. It is equipped with text display and the servo so that you can achieve manual operation but cannot realize automatic operation.
B. It has text, PLC and the servo, so the cost is high.
C. It has touch screen, and the servo, which omits the PLC cost, and also looks better than the text display.
The threading machine is cheap. Just the servo coordinates with the touch screen. Currently merchants would like to maximize the benefits. In addition, the class of touch screen is a little bit higher than that of text display. With PLC omitted, it is much more affordable. The operation is simple as well. It can operate only when you enter threading speed, wire retreating speed, depth, pitch and speed reduction ratio. The manual and automatic modes can be switched. it is human and considers diversified choices.

WECON HMI in Full Automatic Winding Machine

(1) Introduction
Winding machine is generally divided into three types according to different industry classifications: lithium battery winding machine, capacitor winding machine, and textile winding machine. The WECON touch screen is used in the lithium battery winding machine.

(2) Features
a. Full automatic winding machine is applied in the lithium battery industry. It has rich features, high working efficiency, and achieves a full automation.
b. The touch screen utilizes WECON 102A series. With dual serial ports, it can communicate Omron CS1 series PLC.
c. The functions of engineering interface are rich, including parameter settings, machine running operation, status monitoring, and data storage, and view.

(3) Components

3.1. Figure 1 shows the automatically running monitor screen. Users can visually see the product production as well as part of the parameter settings. Besides, they can jump to another function screen at any time to do corresponding operation.
